Inner Authority · Self-Worth · Decisions
I work with Strategic Intervention Coaching, a method born out of the collaboration between Tony Robbins and Cloé Madanes and built on the foundation of Milton Erickson's work.
SIC was created by leading American coach Tony Robbins and therapist Cloé Madanes. It's regarded as one of the highest-caliber approaches to coaching in the world. Tony Robbins draws on the foundations of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and Cloé Madanes on strategic therapy. Both draw from the Ericksonian tradition, linked to the Harvard school of Mediation and Negotiation. Milton Erickson laid the foundations for coaching, hypnosis, NLP, and other therapeutic approaches.
It's not about techniques you learn and forget. It's about working with the patterns that run your life exactly when you're not aware of them.
SIC doesn't just work with what you say. It works with why you say it, what's behind it, and how it plays out across your whole life, including your relationships, roles, and the environment you live in. Part of the work is what happens when you stop fighting your past and stop using it as the reason you can't move forward. What happens when you simply let that story about yourself be. A change that leaves any of this out comes back eventually.
To this I add work with Jungian psychology, specifically how we unconsciously create stories about ourselves, about our limits, about what we deserve. Jung was the first to name that our inner image of the world shapes the reality we then live in. And that's exactly where, in the space between what we consciously want and what we unconsciously keep repeating, the real work happens.
Why Me
I'm not afraid to go where it starts to get uncomfortable. I see people without their roles and stories, without the filter of who they're supposed to be. And that way of seeing is usually the biggest relief, because finally someone sees you, not your performance.
I naturally carry an internal locus of control, as psychology calls it, and I bring exactly that into my work with clients. I don't lead you toward feeling better about yourself. I lead you toward decisions that stand on you, not on approval from outside.
How I Work
Every session lasts 90 minutes. I work with a small number of clients because the depth of the work demands it. I don't rely on prepared questions, I respond to what I see in front of me.
What You'll Take From Our Work Together
After we work together, you'll stop surviving and start truly living.
You'll stop compromising on who you really are, and that changes everything else. The change you experience won't show up only in you. It will show up in every relationship and every decision you make.
